Hey guys its agent es here and i got the cheats for the 4th anniverysary on club penguin here they are!

1.Go in the coffee shop on club penguin and then when you get to the party-1.jpg picture by cppicz Click on it twice to get the hats!

2. Make sure you pick yes to the hat or else you gotta do it again lol!
